Embedded Design

We have worked on mobile-side GSM and GPRS protocol stack design, including complete design, coding and testing of GSM MM, CC, SMS, SM, SNDCP, alongside TCP/IP, PPP and proprietary protocols. We understand networking, sockets interfacing and the associated real-time and multi-threading issues. Most coding is done in C with assembly language where required; processors encountered include ARM9, MPC850/860 and Hitachi H8. We have created a complete Java J2ME networking solution for Sony Ericsson and Nokia GPRS mobile phones, and worked on the Symbian UIQ platform using JNI (Java Native Interface).
